Refunds

Everyone at Southern Stamped Jewelry stands behind each piece of jewelry made. If you are dissatisfied for ANY reason please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. If the error is found to be our fault we will immediately send you a return shipping label, fix and/or remake the jewelry, and send it back as quickly as possible. However, we reserve the right to judge our own quality of work. Our jewelry is hand stamped one letter at a time by a real person and we do our absolute best to send out the highest quality hand stamped jewelry.
 
If you find you do not like the length of the chain you chose we will be happy to trade it out for you! Please return the chain along with a self-addressed postage paid padded envelope to Southern Stamped Jewelry PO BOX 599 Seminary, MS 39479. We offer sterling silver chain sizes in lengths of 16”, 18”, 20”, 22”, 24”, and 30” at no additional cost.
 
If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Southern Stamped Jewelry strives to meet the expectations and full satisfaction of all our customers. We are not able to provide refunds on custom orders.
 
If the error was our mistake, we will fix it immediately. We reserve the right to judge our own quality, we do our absolute best to send out the highest quality of hand stamped jewelry. The original piece must be returned before we remake it for you. 

 

SSJ can ship to virtually any address in the world and do our absolute best to get orders out in a timely manner! During certain peak seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day) shipping will take longer. *Please remember this if you plan on buying for these holidays.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Unfortunately, once shipped we cannot control how fast USPS or UPS gets your order to you. They due lose packages from time to time, and we cannot be responsible for lost packages or if it takes longer to get to you than the guidelines. If shipping outside of the United States please contact us before placing your order.

Color Variations

Every available effort is made to make close matches to color. Due to many production factors, such as substrate color,opacity, and other factors, SSJ can only assure that the color will be within a tonal value. Because of the nature of the metals used we cannot guarantee exact matches.

 

Cleaning and Care

All metals naturally tarnish, some more than others but they can all be cleaned with the polishing pad included with each order. Just rub it on any metal surface for a brand new shine. Need more? Check out all the polishing pads and cloths we offer on our a-la-carte page. There are many different factors that come into play that might cause your piece to tarnish faster or slower than others. Different climates and seasons, even the lotions you use can play a big part. Some people do not even call it tarnish but instead call it character. For extended storage we suggest using an air tight box or bag.

We do not recommend swimming or showering while wearing any of our jewelry. We will be happy to check and clean your jewelry for you free of charge. Please mail the item along with a self-addressed postage paid padded envelope to Southern Stamped Jewelry PO BOX 599 Seminary, MS 39479. Just give us a day or two and we will have it headed back to you looking just like the first time you saw it.

 

Promotions and Offers

All sales and promotions may be modified or terminated at any time with or without notice. Sale offers are only good for in-stock items. Only ONE sales code or offer can be used for each order and cannot be combined with any other offers.

Southern Stamped Jewelry reserves the right to not take any orders we want and will refund within 24 hours along with a detailed message explaining why we will take the order. You will also receive a confirmation email sent directly to the address the customer provided showing proof the money was in fact refunded. This includes any problems or misunderstandings due to the website. We offer several different ways to contact us and we ask if you have any questions to please ask before you buy. This is the same policy any retail store uses. Thank you for your understanding.
