Likelihood of Confusion:
A likelihood of confusion is the relatedness between goods and/or services, the goods and/or services do not have to be identical. It is sufficient that they are related in such a manner that consumers are likely to assume (mistakenly) that they come from a common source. Sometimes the issue is not whether the actual goods and/or services are likely to be confused but, rather, the likelihood of confusion exists as to the source of the goods and/or services.
SSJ has invested a large amount of time and money on Copyrights and Trademarks. We will fight for what is legally ours. You will be brought to Federal court where our attorneys will systematically prove your fault. They will not need to prove you made any money off of the protected materials in these legal proceedings. The judge will award what is called statutory damages that can total up to $235,000, not including court costs and attorney’s fees.
